The Most Bad Food items on earth!

By Vanessa Summer

There are lots of meals on the market that, even though they taste good, are very very bad for you. While we can recognize some of these foods on sight--most of the food you will order at a fast food restaurant, for example, is quite enjoyable to eat but will do terrible things to your body and is made of far too many calories to even be considered healthy. But what about all of those foods that, on the outside, appear to be wise choices? What about some of those foods that you simply supply to your kids? Keep reading to read precisely what a number of the worst things in the world are to feed to your family members (or yourself).

Just about one of the worst items in the world, which is kind of a surprise, is macaroni and cheese. The make-on-your-own variety that you can buy, like Annie's or Kraft, is relatively acceptable but the kind you order in a restaurant is not. The Kids Mac and Cheese supper that you order in California Pizza Kitchen, to apply one example, is incredibly bad! This one particular food weighs in at more than a thousand calories, more than sixteen hundred milligrams of sodium and almost forty grams of saturated fat! No part of that is truly nutritious.

How many times do you get those frozen pot pies out of your grocery store's freezer section? These seem like quasi-healthy last minute dinners but the truth is that they are loaded with unnecessary calories. Stouffer's pot pies, to use one example, hold over eleven hundred calories, sixty grams of fat and nearly eighteen hundred milligrams of sodium. If you are trying to lose fat you could wind up eating all of your daily calories with just this one food item!

Most people believe that a vegetarian sandwich is probably the healthiest thing they can order through a fast food franchise. The real truth is that because of the dressings and other condiments that get added to them, they are often just as bad as something loaded with meat. The vegetarian sandwich you will be eating from Blimpies is set with more than thirty five hundred milligrams of sodium, almost sixty grams of fat and almost twelve hundred calories. How will that ever become regarded as healthy?

Surely a salad, of all things, has to be wholesome. That's exactly what most of us think. If we want something that is healthy and fast, most of the time we get a salad to fill us up with food that is healthy for us. You will probably be surprised to find out, then, that there are some salads that are quite unhealthy. There are eighteen hundred calories inside Santa Fe chopped salad provided by TGI Fridays. This may well be because the salad is the size of a large dinner plate but think of it: do you want all of your caloric intake for the day to be used up by this one salad?

The simple fact is that most of the food that we acquire on the go or in restaurants is simply not going to be as good for us as the food we make ourselves. Sure cooking in your own home can be a pain or feel tedious, but if you're watching your weight and trying to stay healthy, it is the best thing you can do for yourself!
