If possible, also include whole wheat bread or brown rice. If getting distilled water is a problem, consider aloe vera or raw apple juice.

To detoxify the system of candida, start by getting rid of yeast products and fermented foods from the diet. Reduce sugary foods or eliminate them entirely if possible for at least seven days. This includes fruits and fresh fruit juices as well as natural sweeteners (such as honey). Avoid alcohol and alcoholic beverages during this period. The foods can be re-introduced later on gradually.
