Scheduled Downtime on April 27

Planned Downtime on April 27

On Sunday, April 27 at 5pm EDT, we have to perform some maintenance at our US4 datacenter that will cause a period of downtime between 5 and 7pm EDT (see in your time zone). Your account is at our US4 datacenter, which means you may be unable to log in during that time.

This will require us to take the MailChimp application offline for roughly 30 minutes, including tracked links, signup forms, and the API. Scheduled campaigns will be held in our delivery queue, but will send automatically once maintenance has completed.

We'll post server status updates at the @mailchimpstatus Twitter account, and you can see our server uptime reports at status.mailchimp.com.

We'll do our best to limit downtime as much as possible, so you can log in and get back to work.
